Amy and Mark exchanged vows at the Casa del Mar which sits along the beaches of Cabo San Lucas, Mexico. The lovely couple shared their special day surrounded by friends and family at this tropical getaway that was inspired by their venue in San José.
The background was laid out with palm trees and the crystal glaze of the ocean. Preserving the natural beauty of beaches, the couple only added special touches that would embellish the pastel theme.
“I love pastels, but also wanted to include pops of bright pink and purple. Our wedding decor was simple but meaningful. For our ceremony, our statement piece was a copper chuppah and a colorful floral arrangement. It was exactly what I pictured and loved the simplicity of it,” said
With her handmade calligraphy items, the bride created acrylic table signs, place cards, and escort cards. “It was special to me to see these items incorporated in the wedding decor. Our planners did an amazing job putting everything together, I was so happy
There was nothing but excitement as the bride and groom danced for the first time as husband and wife surrounded by their closest friends and family.
“One of my most memorable moments was the minute I took at cocktail hour to stop and look around. I made sure to take it all in because I knew we would never have a day like this again. We were surrounded by our closest family and friends from Australia and Canada. The sun was setting, the music was playing, and we were in the most beautiful beachfront in San José. Everyone was mingling, having fun and enjoying the view. Mark was all smiles and looked so handsome. It seemed very surreal. Needless to say, it was our happiest day together. If we could, I would do it all again in a heartbeat,” said Amy.
