Last week an interview with Bonnie Chase was published on USA Weekly about Bliss Events and the drive behind her success. They asked her questions about running her own business and the exciting events our team has planned for the upcoming year.
USA Weekly is a National Online news source that covers top stories including sports, business, technology, politics, and everything in between. As a notable news source, we are thrilled to be featured as one of their published stories.
In their feature, they note the challenges of running your own business in a fast-paced world, and highlighted the main role of Bliss Events — being “a US based destination wedding and events company located in Los Cabos, Mexico.” As mentioned, “our services include scouting locations, securing accommodations, negotiating event vendors, managing a planning timeline and an event day timeline, event design, event setup and execution, and strong budget management.”
USA Weekly asked Bonnie what her main challenges were in the event planning industry. Her answer was about how to leverage her efforts. She shares that events are seasonal, requiring a clear consciousness of how to plan for the slow season months.
A notable question asked was “what business advice would she give to a younger Bonnie.” Respectively, Bonnie responded, “It would be to stop being so fearful, and just believe that everything is going to work out beautifully.” We applaud the efforts of her success and are proud to be working on her team.
Even with the growing success, her goal remains the same: to “give [someone she’s never met] a strong sense of security that he or she will be in good hands… The satisfaction that comes when a bride hugs me at the end of her wedding and thanks me for making her dreams come true is absolutely immeasurable.”
